Why does one bus wreck make all schools look bad?   Yesterday, Eudora (my hometown) had a three bus collision, which was at fault of the last bus driver.  One week before the accident, she was ticketed for speeding 77 in a 55.   You say the school district should do something.  Well, they probably had no idea.   They run the records at the beginning of the school year, so I am sure Lakeside had no clue.

This is where we should step in and fix the problem.  Last year, we had similar problems with Drew Central.   The safety of your children is at hand.  I was following a bus when I was going to pick up Kaylee in Western Pines.  The bus was going 60 in a 45.  You guess right, I called the superintendent.   The matter was dealt with immediately.  I also had a similar problem with a young child (younger than 2) riding the bus.  This childwas sitting on the window sill by the driver.   A big no no and a distraction to the driver which could cause an accident.  That’s right I called the superitendent.  The matter was not fixed, so what did I do.  I called the cops.  Not to brag on myself, but this is the safety of our children.  Rather your child is riding the bus or not, it is our responsibility to take care of them.  We must take action and end the unsafe bus driving.    We owe it to our kids.

No, I didn’t forget his birthday!  He was so excited about everyone wishing him Happy Birthday yesterday, so I thought I would do it today.  (Not that he reads my blog)

nevertheless knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the Law but through faith in Christ Jesus, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, so that we may be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the Law; since by the works of the Law no flesh will be justified.

Why is it so easy to obey the law?  Living by faith just scares me to death.   I know it sounds crazy.  I have even tried to talk myself into  living by faith.  Lou, you obey the law because you know who Christ is and what he is about.  Why can’t you just believe that he has control over the situations.  Live by faith.  It sounds simple enough.  I don’t know if I am the only that struggles with this.   FAITH is hard.

I am however trying something new.  I am waking up in the morning and giving it to God.  Before my feet hit the ground, I am giving my life to him.   I am not sure if this is the way to go, but hey it is a start.  I can get back with you after I have tried it for a while.

GOD is GOOD!!  I know this, just if I can believe and have faith in it.

Am I  the only one that feels this way, or do others struggle with this?
